I recently examined the various opportunities for home buyers and home sellers in the Central Oregon area as a result of the Bend Livability Project – a local effort is an attempt to explore how growth will proceed with and without the right decisions in advance.

Borrowing from the title of this important program, I thought I would talk about the Jones Group Livability Project.
