The Jones Group Livability Project: The Lessons We’ve Learned
Albert Einstein once said: “Any fool can know. The point is to understand.”
When we began the Jones Group Livability Project, as a silent partner to the Bend Livability Project, a group of Bend residents focused on the exponential growth their city is anticipating over the next several decades, we wanted to focus on the one essential to that growth: homes. Buyers would need them and sellers would need to provide them. New construction would help fill the void, but it would not keep pace with the current needs.
We decided that our expertise was needed. We have the connections, vast networks, to aid the home buyer and home seller with every aspect of the transaction. We are mavens with a deep and ongoing knowledge of the Central Oregon marketplace. And we know how to tie those two assets together to create the perfect buying or selling environment, one that is memorable.
So we thought we’d identify how we can assist you by reviewing what we offer to every client looking to experience the beauty of Central Oregon.
More than just being connected in a networking sense, a hugely important aspect in the successful purchase of your home or in the collaborative effort your sell your home, we have learned that the speed of our response to your questions is just as important, if not, more so. Because each side of the transaction can present its own series of unique questions, many of which you have never considered asking before, we pride ourselves in our quick response time. We are even more proud of our accuracy; that comes with experience.
This Yiddish word for expert or connoisseur aptly describes the decades of Central Oregon real estate experience we bring to the process. Proximity is important to these sorts of efforts, and many of our clients who come from another part of the state or country do not have time to get anything but the highest quality service from agents that know. When it comes to buying or selling a home, you want your expert to be your neighbor, someone intimate with the area, someone who can point out what to expect and what to anticipate.
One of the Few
Combining our expertise with our vast, well-established networks allows us to boast that we are indeed, one of the few. Even if this is your next home, second home, or even first purchase, the experience is guaranteed to be memorable. Problem is, with many of these incredibly important decisions, the memories made are often not good ones.
What We’ve Learned
The process is complicated and stressful. It is one of the largest financial transactions you will ever enter into, and often as a relative newcomer. No reading or advice can prep you for the issues that may crop up during the process.
One of the most important things we have learned goes beyond the simple sale of a home. We are on this journey together and we seek the same kind of satisfaction that you do. You want it to be seamless, well-paced and reasonably plotted and we can provide that sort of hand-holding guidance. You want to know what to expect, how to react, and although we can’t make the tough decisions for you, we can certainly lend our knowledge to the decisions you will make.
The Jones Group Livability Project was designed with you in mind.
